Strategy Manager (m/f/d)

Your Role

As a Strategy Manager at gocomo, you are the strategic mind behind the campaigns and the trusted partner of our clients, managing their accounts entirely independently. You read between the lines of data, spot cultural trends before they hit the mainstream, and translate complex insights into razor-sharp communication strategies and compelling storytelling.

You don't think in isolation: You are the primary point of contact for our clients and confidently present your ideas directly to all stakeholders. Your Responsibilities

• Strategic Orientation: You develop strategic positioning, target group definitions, and comprehensive communication strategies.
• Creative Conception: You independently conceptualize and develop future-oriented strategies and creative concepts.
• 360° Consulting: You advise your assigned accounts comprehensively in a holistic 360° approach.
• Research & Audits: You conduct in-depth market and target group research as well as desk audits.
• Interface Work: You coordinate projects in close collaboration with our analysts.
• Storytelling & Presentation: You create clearly structured, convincing slide decks and audits, and confidently present your results and strategies in client calls and pitch meetings.

Your Profile

• Work Experience: You bring 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in strategy (e.g., in an agency or consultancy).
• Account Responsibility: You are capable of strategically managing small to medium-sized accounts completely independently.
• Client Management: You are the primary point of contact for clients on the respective accounts and maintain sustainable relationships with brand and stakeholder leads.
• Analytical & Creative Skills: You possess strong skills in research, synthesis, and storytelling. You are also adept at spotting trends and deciphering cultural phenomena (cultural decoding).
• Communication Skills: You are a structured, clear, and confident communicator – both within the team and towards clients.
• Language Skills: German and English skills at least at C1 level.
• Soft Skills: You bring a collaborative mindset, can set clear priorities under pressure, are highly resilient, and always communicate proactively.
