Your Tasks
As Strategy Manager Ambulance Transport (m/f/d), you will be responsible for business development, go-to-market, and the marketing of our software for ambulance transport providers. You will complement our product team – two experienced Product Owners with deep technical and market expertise – in the areas of business development, go-to-market, and marketing, and will independently manage the interface between product and sales.
Your Goal: To successfully position our software for ambulance transporters in the market and independently develop new business potentials – from business case development and cooperation negotiations to successful market launch.
- Go-to-Market: You will develop the go-to-market strategy for new product topics together with our product team and be responsible for their successful market launch.
- Business Development: You will identify new business opportunities and verticals, evaluate them based on figures, and develop robust business cases from them.
- Partnerships & Cooperations: You will independently conduct cooperation negotiations with partners from (large) companies and build strategic partnerships.
- Interface Product & Sales: You will act as a link between our product team and sales, translating product topics into convincing marketing and sales arguments.
- Business Case & Prioritization: You will evaluate business opportunities based on figures and prioritize them according to customer benefit, business potential, and effort.
- Project Management: You will drive your projects forward independently and dynamically – from the initial idea to successful market implementation.
Your Profile
- Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a comparable qualification.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a relevant role, e.g., in consulting, business development (large corporations, medium-sized businesses, or scale-ups/start-ups), or marketing with a clear go-to-market focus.
- Experience in independently conducting cooperation or contract negotiations with B2B partners from (large) companies.
- Strong independence and the ability to dynamically manage projects between the product team and sales.
- Confident handling of figures and a clear eye for robust business cases; knowledge of the German healthcare system is a plus, but not a requirement.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills, decisiveness, and entrepreneurial thinking.
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
Your Benefits
- Entry into a future-oriented company in the exciting Healthcare SaaS environment.
- Meaningful mission: Digitization that truly relieves the burden on ambulance transporters.
- Individual, structured onboarding with regular feedback and support through our mentorship program.
- The opportunity to work independently and responsibly and to contribute your own ideas.
- Individual and diverse development opportunities.
- 30 vacation days per year, flexible working hours, and up to 2 days of mobile working per week (Mondays & Fridays).
- Shared lunches on Wednesdays and Thursdays – freshly prepared by our chef Ingo.
- Celebrating successes together at team events.
