Strategy, Insights and Planning Advisor
Te tūranga - The roleIn this role, you'll work closely with our small team and key stakeholders across the Bank to:
* Support organisational strategy development and alignment across the Bank.
* Help connect strategy to delivery by working with teams to embed priorities into their work programmes.
* Help design and implement planning and prioritisation frameworks that enable effective resource allocation.
This role would suit a problem solver who enjoys working on complex issues and tailoring solutions to the environment.Ō pūkenga - About youWe're looking for a collaborative team member who can work effectively to deadlines. To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Experience in collaborating with others, identifying and engaging key audiences, and supporting strategies to achieve required decisions and actions.
* The ability to convey complex concepts in a clear, concise manner using simple language or visuals.
* Sound judgement and the ability to think holistically across a broad range of issues.
* Knowledge and application of Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles.
You will be pragmatic and adaptable, able to think on your feet and deliver practical solutions.
In addition, the following are desirable but not essential to the role:
* Familiarity with strategic frameworks and tools such as horizon scanning, insights gathering, and strategy implementation.
* Experience in business planning, prioritisation or resource allocation.
* Central banking experience, either locally or overseas.
