Strategy Consultant

LHH On behalf of a Management Consulting Firm, we are currently seeking two talented professionals for the following roles: - A Junior Strategy Consultant with 2-3 years of experience - A Strategy Consultant with 4-6 years of experience Both roles will be actively involved in the execution of strategic projects. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities ? Performing detailed analyses of historical and projected financial data ? Preparing comprehensive company and industries analyses and mapping for marketing purposes ? Creating and managing complex, usable and effective operating and financial models ? Developing pitches, marketing material, client presentation, deal memoranda and related documentation for both transaction origination and execution ? Actively supporting in developing strategic, industrial and organizational restructuring and business plan projects ? Actively supporting discussions and negotiations with all the parties involved in the process Your Profile Requirements & Skills: ? experience in corporate strategy/finance departments within consulting firms or investment banks ? Genuine interest in top management consulting and strategy, M&A/corporate finance and in working on complex financial transactions ? Understanding of financial data, market metrics, valuation methodologies and applications ? Bachelor's and Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration or Engineering from a top-tier Business or Engineering School ? Attention to detail ? Analytical skills and ability to easily understand problems and critical weaknesses ? Client focus and goal orientation ? Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively and build relationship based on trust with clients ? Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines ? Command of Microsoft Office ? Fluency in English. Italian mother tongue Work location: Bologna, with availability for business travel to client sites.
