Strategy and Operations Associate/Manager - IIT/NIT/BITS

We’re looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Strategy and Operations Associate/Manager who will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, streamlining operations, and ensuring seamless execution of our plans. As an integral part of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement, develop and implement process improvements, and drive key performance indicators (KPIs). You will also be responsible for managing budgets, tracking expenses, and providing insights to senior leadership.
