Tasks

• Strategic leadership of customer accounts – from positioning to implementation across all four pillars
• Translation of market and brand goals into clear strategies and briefings
• Sparring partner for customers on eye level – you advise honestly, even if the comfortable path is another one
• Management of interdisciplinary teams from Image, Motion, Influence and Live
• Responsibility for quality, timing and measurable added value

Qualification

• Multiple years of experience in strategy, consulting or account management in agency or brand organization
• A sense for brands with substance – you think in impact, not buzzwords
• Confident appearance at decision-maker level and joy in genuine partnership
• Structured, self-responsible working style and team spirit
• Nice to have: Experience with AI-supported workflows
• Nice to have: Background in brand management across multiple channels (Print, Social, Web, POS, Film)
