As a Strategist at Horizontal Digital, you will be responsible for leading the development of customer experience strategies for our clients, working closely with our design and technology teams to bring those strategies to life. This includes conducting customer research, analyzing data, developing personas, and creating wireframes and prototypes. You will also be responsible for presenting your findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
