Strategic Project Developer (m/w/d)

We are looking for you to join our partner company in Erfurt as a "Strategic Project Developer (m/w/d)".

Tasks

• As Strategic Project Developer / Business Developer Quantum Technology**(m/w/d)**, you will shape the strategic orientation of the Quantum Technology theme field, including roadmaps, market analyses, and white-spot analyses.
• You will monitor technological trends and market potential, create evaluations, and present results at professional conferences, trade fairs, and network formats.
• You will be responsible for the project acquisition at industrial partners and the preparation and submission of public and internal funding applications.
• You will initiate, maintain, and develop sustainable partnerships with industrial companies, research institutions, and cluster organizations.
• You will represent the institute at national and European forums, write positioning documents, and contribute to the further development of strategic concepts.

Qualification

• You hold a completed scientific university degree (Master/Diplom) in natural or engineering sciences, physics, electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification in the field of quantum technologies.
• You have professional experience as a project manager (m/w/d), business developer (m/w/d), technology scout (m/w/d), research assistant (m/w/d), or a comparable activity.
• You have experience with Microsoft Office, project management tools (e.g. Jira, Trello), and analysis or visualization tools.
• You are characterized by excellent communication skills, team orientation, structured working methods, and self-initiative.
• Fluent German and English skills complete your profile.
