Strategic Project Developer (m/f/d)

On behalf of our partner company in Erfurt, we are looking for you as soon as possible as a "Strategic Project Developer (m/f/d)".

Responsibilities

• As a Strategic Project Developer / Business Developer Quantum Technology (m/f/d), you will shape the strategic direction of the quantum technologies field – including roadmaps, market analyses, and white-spot analyses.
• You will observe technological trends and market potentials, create assessments, and present results at specialist conferences, trade fairs, and in network formats.
• You will be primarily responsible for project acquisition with industry partners and the preparation and submission of public and internal funding applications.
• You will initiate, maintain, and develop sustainable partnerships with industrial companies, research institutions, and cluster organizations.
• You will represent the institute in national and European bodies, write positioning documents, and contribute to the further development of strategic concepts.

Qualifications

• You have a completed scientific university degree (Master/Diplom) in natural sciences, engineering, physics, electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification in the field of quantum technologies.
• You have professional experience as a Project Manager (m/f/d), Business Developer (m/f/d), Technology Scout (m/f/d), Research Associate (m/f/d), or in a comparable role.
• You have experience with Microsoft Office, project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello), and analysis or visualization tools.
• You convince with strong communication skills, team orientation, a structured way of working, and initiative.
• Fluent German and English language skills complete your profile.
