Strategic Project Developer (m/f/d)

On behalf of our partner company in Erfurt, we are looking for you as soon as possible as a "Strategic Project Developer (m/f/d)".

Tasks

• As a Strategic Project Developer / Business Developer Quantum Technology**(m/f/d)**, you will shape the strategic direction of the field of quantum technologies – including roadmaps, market analyses, and white-spot analyses
• You will observe technological trends and market potentials, create evaluations, and present results at specialist conferences, trade fairs, and in network formats
• You are primarily responsible for project acquisition from industry partners and the preparation and submission of public and internal funding applications
• You initiate, maintain, and develop sustainable partnerships with industrial companies, research institutions, and cluster organizations
• You represent the institute in national and European committees, write positioning documents, and contribute to the further development of strategic concepts

Qualification

• You have a completed scientific university degree (Master/Diploma) in natural sciences or engineering, physics, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification in the field of quantum technologies
• You have professional experience as a project manager (m/f/d), business developer (m/f/d), technology scout (m/f/d), research associate (m/f/d) or a comparable activity
• You have experience with Microsoft Office, project management tools (e.g. Jira, Trello) and analysis or visualization tools
• You convince with strong communication skills, teamwork, structured working methods and initiative
• Negotiation-proof German and English skills complete your profile
