Strategic Marketing Manager / Generalist (all genders) - HealthTech Start-up

We are more than just a marketing manager here: You build together with us the marketing and develop market strategies. In this process, you work closely with our leadership team, take early responsibility, and shape our appearance and communication with different target markets and customer groups. About us

Medivise is a growing startup in the healthcare sector. We develop innovative solutions for medical care processes and support our customers in implementing modern health services, particularly in conjunction with telematics infrastructure. In doing so, we combine technological competence with a deep understanding of practice workflows and medical requirements.

Tasks

• Develop go-to-market strategies with us and ensure their implementation
• Plan and execute independent marketing measures (online & offline)
• Built our social media presence and continuously develop it further
• Create specialized content such as articles, website contents, presentations, and possibly newsletters
• Conceptualize, steer, and optimize our campaigns and customer approach
• Analyze the performance of our measures and lead concrete improvements
• Work actively on our positioning and generate concrete new business
• Design visual assets such as social media graphics and pitch decks
• Test and use AI tools in marketing (e.g., for content and automation)
• Collaborate closely with management, product, and sales teams

Qualification

• At least 2-5 years of experience in marketing, ideally in a generalist role and/or in a dynamic environment
• Experience in the healthcare sector (e.g., care, MedTech, or comparable)
• Familiarity with social media, relevant tools, and content creation
• Hands-on mentality and the ability to drive topics independently
• Experience using AI in marketing
• Structured and analytical working style
• Very good German language skills
