About Your Tasks:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for the OTC- and free will area successfully.
- Lead annual and condition-based negotiations with manufacturers – with a special focus on central KPIs such as procurement discounts, bonuses, and payment conditions.
- Analyze and optimize KPI-based control parameters like margin, sales development, delivery performance, and sales dynamics.
- Identify growth- and margin potential in the product range and align these to corporate goals.
- Work closely with Retail Media, Category Management, as well as Demand & Supply to derive and implement joint measures.
- Monitor and analyze market- and competitive developments in the OTC- and free will segment as a basis for strategic decisions.
- Built sustainable, partnership-based relationships with manufacturers and maintain these continuously.
