At Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg Finkenwerder, you can expect a challenging task as Strategic Purchurer for Logistics Services. In this position, you will act at the interface between market, suppliers, and internal stakeholders – with responsibility for a strategically relevant service portfolio within the Airbus group. Bring your negotiation expertise and market knowledge to where innovation meets global supply chains.

Tasks:

• Strategic Management of a service portfolio in the field of logistics services
• Implementation of tendering, contract negotiations, and supplier management
• Market Analysis within the framework of the overarching procurement strategy
• Support for Multi-Function Teams including performance monitoring and claim management
• BUILDING AND MAINTAINING LONG-TERM PARTNERSHIPS with logistics service providers
• Ensuring compliance with procurement guidelines and statutory requirements
• Support for strategic projects in the areas of Sustainability, Resilience, and Innovation

Requirements:

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, International Management or Logistics / Supply-Chain-Management
• Multiple years of experience in strategic procurement or supplier management, ideally in an international environment
• Basic knowledge in project management and risk management
• Knowledge in data analysis / Data Analytics
• Very good knowledge in German (at least C1) and English (at least C1)
• Willingness to regular business trips (1-2 per quarter)
• Curriculum vitae in English required
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is absolutely necessary
