Tasks - Procurement of indirect materials and services - Independent conduct of tenders - Negotiating contracts and prices with a view to total costs - Monitoring suppliers and market developments - Overseeing contracts and compliance with delivery conditions - Participation in projects for digitalization and improvement of processes in procurement - Clarify needs, trigger orders, and maintain article data in the ERP system (SAP) - Inventory management with focus on low inventory levels and high availability - Track delivery dates, check order confirmations, and clarify deviations - Check supplier invoices and release for booking Profile - Completed commercial or technical education or study with further training in procurement, e.g. eidg. dipl.
