For our customers, we provide individual consulting and IT services to ensure and operate networks and IT systems (servers/clients/printers/solutions). Our concepts and solutions are specifically tailored to meet the needs of our customers and are reliably implemented. Professionally and efficiently, we accompany our customers from consultation and concept development through implementation of the solution to hosting, support, and maintenance.

Tasks

– You are responsible for the operational and strategic IT procurement of hardware and software solutions

– You gather offers, compare prices, services, and licensing models, and make informed purchasing decisions

– You conduct negotiations with manufacturers and suppliers and maintain long-term partnerships

– You place orders, monitor delivery dates, and ensure a smooth process

– You work closely with our technical teams to select the right solutions for customer and internal requirements

– You analyze market trends, products, and technologies and bring optimization suggestions for processes, costs, and supplier strategies into play

– You support in license-, contract-, and asset management

Qualification

– Completed education or degree in the field of IT, business informatics, procurement, or a comparable qualification

– Professional experience in IT procurement, technical procurement, or an IT-related environment

– Good technical understanding for IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and licensing models

– Negotiation skills, assertiveness, and a structured working style

– High communication skills and joy in collaboration with internal teams and external partners

– Self-reliant, independent, and solution-oriented working style

– Secure handling of common IT systems and MS Office
