The company combines traditional expertise with innovative techniques and realizes sustainable projects in various segments such as offices, residential construction, and industry. The projects are technically challenging and require a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. As Construction Purchaser, you will be responsible for purchasing materials, equipment, and services for various construction projects. You will work closely with the project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the purchased goods and services meet the required quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget. Requirements: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field; * At least 3 years of experience as a Construction Purchaser or in a similar role; * Strong knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and services; * Excellent communication and negotiation skills; * Ability to work independently and make decisions; * Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
