As Strategieberater, you are the strategic head behind our customer projects – the interface between analysis, concept, and implementation. You develop not just recommendations, but also take responsibility for them in direct exchange with our customers.

Aufgaben

Your Daily Business:

• You gather status and benchmark analyses of your customers

• You develop individual concepts, present your results sovereignly to decision-makers, and convince customers through your well-founded strategic derivations

• Tight coordination with our internal teams, and you always keep the overview

• You ensure that campaigns and messages consistently align with the developed strategy and the customer's brand

• You recognize new strategic potential in existing customers, develop follow-up strategies, and position additional services where they really add value

• You actively bring yourself into the further development of our strategic consulting approaches, frameworks, and internal processes

• You represent the company externally as a thought leader in recruiting & employer branding (e.g., at events, conferences, webinars)

Qualifikation

We're looking for:

• You have excellent communication skills and a strong sales instinct

• You recognize opportunities and potential early on and act with an emotionally intelligent sense of people and situations

• You have the ability to precisely diagnose problems and develop goal-oriented solutions, rather than just treating symptoms

• You are ambitious enough to pursue a career with strategic responsibility and exceptional financial prospects

• You are self-sufficient, structured, and responsible in your work – this is self-evident for you

• Experience in strategic consulting, marketing, employer branding, or a related field is advantageous
