Job Description

The Strategic Valuation & Financial Modeling team is looking for an intern starting in January or March 2027 to support the development of its team (gap year or end of studies internship).

The team carries out valuation and financial modeling assignments in the context of transactions (mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, etc.), for accounting purposes (goodwill impairment testing, purchase price allocation, etc.), for tax purposes (legal reorganization of large companies), or for strategic purposes (decision-making, capital allocation, etc.).

For Corporate or Private Equity clients across all sectors, you will be involved in the following assignments:

• Understanding the business and its growth drivers through strategic and financial analyses;

• Estimating the value of a company's shares or assets based on usual valuation methods (DCF, multiples, ANR, etc.);

• Valuing a company's intangible assets (purchase price allocation, brand valuation, intellectual property in the context of transfer pricing policy implementation, etc.);

• Valuation of financial instruments (Management packages); and

• Preparation of valuation reports or other documents for our clients.

We expect our future intern analyst to have:

·       A solid university education, preferably a Master's degree in Finance, Management, or Economics (business or engineering schools, top universities);

·       At least one prior internship experience in Finance;

·       Financial analysis and accounting skills are considered prerequisites;

·       Good command of Excel and PowerPoint;

·       A curious nature;

·       Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team; and

·       Good command of English.
