Strategic Valuation & Modeling - Senior

The Valuation team, currently recognized by its Corporate and Private Equity clients in its market, is looking for a Senior Consultant to participate in multidisciplinary expertise and consulting missions (finance, accounting, tax, legal), manage teams, and contribute to the development of Eight Advisory.

In this context, he or she will participate in the day-to-day management of missions, in the following scenarios:

• Estimation of the value of a company's shares or assets in the context of a transaction or a tax or legal reorganization;

• Valuation of a company's intangible assets (acquisition price allocation, brand valuation, intellectual property valuation in the context of transfer pricing policy implementation, etc.);

• Valuation of financial instruments (Management packages);

• Modeling (project financing, LBO, public-private partnerships, business plan, etc.).

You have a higher education degree (business school, engineering school, or equivalent university degree) and have acquired 2 to 5 years of experience in financial consulting, ideally in valuation and financial modeling.

You have excellent analytical and synthesis skills, enjoy client interaction, and wish to evolve within a human-sized team.

You have a mastery of English, both written and spoken, and have notions of a second foreign language.
