Strategic Transformation and Implementation Specialist

Eden Ritchie Recruitment is seeking an experienced professional to join the Infrastructure Services Division of a key Queensland Government department.

The purpose of this role is to support the Transformation Management Office (TMO) in the rollout of the transformation roadmap aligned with the approved Strategic Business Plan (SBP). The role will focus on developing a comprehensive implementation plan, including governance structures, tools, and templates that enable effective delivery, oversight, and reporting of transformation initiatives.

You will possess proven experience in strategy implementation, business transformation, or program/project management, along with Strong knowledge and experience in relevant methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, MSP, P3O, Agile).
