Strategic Talent Acquisition Intern (Spring 2027)

Team Description:

The People team plays a crucial organizational role in Shopee by channeling important resources to key functions in the company. People are key to Shopee’s growth, and as our business expands, so does the need to develop and support our employees.

Job Description:

• Support the fulfillment of strategy consulting talents and other group business and markets on an ad hoc basis
• Source talents from top strategy consulting firms globally via LinkedIn and other channels
• Conduct benchmarking research and analysis on talent markets, progression, compensation, etc. to support hiring decisions
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring seamless communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Requirements:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any discipline
• Having a passion for talent acquisition and strategy consulting
• Accountable, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Objective-oriented, team player, and eager to learn
