Key ResponsibilitiesLead sourcing and procurement activities for assigned categories, ensuring alignment with company-wide strategies and goals; Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Procurement, Supply Chain, and Operations, to develop and implement effective sourcing and procurement plans; Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure strong performance, cost competitiveness, and supply continuity; Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and supplier capabilities to inform sourcing decisions; Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and innovation through strategic sourcing initiatives; Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements; Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders on procurement-related matters; Support business growth and operational objectives by identifying and mitigating risks associated with supply chain disruptions and market fluctuations.
