Strategic Sourcing Manager (M/F/X)

Job Description We are seeking an experienced and driven Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead national procurement initiatives across various Food & Beverage categories. Reporting directly to the Area Strategic Sourcing Director, you will define and execute sourcing strategies, manage supplier performance, and drive cost optimization while ensuring quality and innovation. Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement national category strategies focused on total cost of ownership Negotiate pricing agreements with suppliers Manage and optimize procurement processes across multiple stakeholders Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost savings, supplier performance, and process efficiency. Key Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field 5+ years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
