Strategic Sales & Partnerships Manager Fit-Out

Your responsibilities

• acquiring key clients and developing long-term business relationships;
• developing long-term partnerships;
• building and developing a contractor base;
• acquiring clients and selling fit-out services;
• nurturing long-term business relationships;
• signing agreements with contractors;
• supervising schedules of acquired investments;
• cooperating with departments responsible for project preparation and execution.

Our requirements

• a minimum of 7 years of sales experience in the construction industry;
• good knowledge of construction and interior finishing;
• knowledge of sanitary and electrical installation basics;
• highly developed communication and relationship skills;
• professionalism, independence, and a results-oriented attitude;
• driving license category B;
• knowledge of MS Office package.

• knowledge of English
• own network of contacts in the industry
