As part of our Business Development Teams, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing projects that ensure the growth and GTM excellence of Zenjob. 

Zenjob SE is a personnel service provider for side jobs with its headquarters in Berlin, which connects companies quickly and reliably with suitable temporary workers through digital platforms. With this innovative personnel solution, companies in retail, hospitality, and logistics can supplement their core workforce flexibly and cost-effectively with temporary staff. Job seekers can book individual shifts via app, as it suits them best in their daily routine. Founded in December 2015, Zenjob is now represented in over 39 further cities besides Berlin.

Your role in our team

• You drive special projects forward that promote growth, operational excellence, and quality.
• You work closely with various teams and take on diverse tasks – from market analyses to business and strategy planning to product development and implementation.
• As Business Development Manager, you act independently, bring fresh impulses, and keep the threads between stakeholders in the company together.
• You recognize and evaluate opportunities in underdeveloped markets or areas with limited Product-Market-Fit. You develop strategic and implementable plans to drive growth – whether through expansion, optimization, or further development of our offering.

This is what you bring

• You have a successfully completed Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top university.
• You bring 2-4 years of work experience in a startup, consulting, corporate business development/finance, venture capital, or similar fields.
• You have very good analytical skills and an affinity for complex issues to penetrate and solve problems 
• You have a can-do mentality, take on projects, and lead them reliably and goal-orientedly through to completion.
• You speak fluent English and German and communicate with internal and external stakeholders at eye level.
