We are looking for a new intern colleague to join the Procurement team.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategic procurement, negotiation, market analysis, and supplier management within an international environment. The selected person will participate in projects that contribute to cost optimization, risk management, and continuous improvement of the supply chain.

You will contribute to

• Gather and analyze market, supplier, and category data.

• Prepare bid comparisons, cost analyses, and presentations.

• Collaborate in negotiation processes by preparing data, benchmarking, and scenario analysis.

• Update and maintain supplier information, contracts, and relevant documentation.

• Support the preparation of KPI reports and supplier performance monitoring.

• Collaborate on European projects alongside the EMEA Procurement team.

• Ensure that purchase requisitions are managed in accordance with established guidelines.

About you

• You are nearing the completion of your university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related field.

• You are available to undertake an internship agreement with the university for 30-35 hours per week.

• Strong interest in procurement and negotiation.

• Analytical skills and solid command of Excel.

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn individual.

• Minimum English level B2.
