Strategic Policy Advisor Social Domain

As a result, municipalities involve us in various issues within the social domain, such as talent development, strategic personnel advice, and optimizing staff deployment. To expand our team, we are looking for a strategic advisor for the social domain. In this role, you will work closely with our partners in the regions and be responsible for executing challenging projects in the social domain that contribute to the growth and development of the public sector. • As a Strategic Policy Advisor Social Domain, you will work on various tasks within the municipal social domain. Tasks that come into play include those related to the Wmo, Jeugdwet, Participatiewet, and/or Education.
• You will work with Certus Group on diverse and versatile tasks in the social domain within municipalities in the regions South Holland, Zeeland, and North Brabant.
• Knowledge sharing is central at Certus Group. Together with other interim professionals, you will organize internal knowledge sessions, where we signal relevant market developments and discuss how to respond to them.
• You will also play a crucial role in guiding and training (interim) trainees and junior professionals within Certus Group.
• You have insight into the connection between process, subject matter, and organization, and can place this in a broader context than just your own work area.
• You advise management, board members, social organizations, and citizens of municipalities by signaling, analyzing, and suggesting solution directions for issues within the social domain.
