Strategic Planning Manager

LHH Per to company, a multinational group operating in the machinery sector, we are currently looking for a Strategic Planning Manager. Responsibilities The figure will be responsible for the following activities: - In-depth analysis and reports to support decision-making on critical points; - Implementation of the planning strategy, ensuring demand satisfaction and technical capacity adaptation; - Ensure project feasibility and sustainability with respect to commercial requests; - Supervise resource and skill requirements, facilitating allocation between projects; - Collaboration with management teams to plan and coordinate product or project lifecycles; - Define and monitor project performance and KPIs to evaluate planning and execution success; - Identify opportunities for process improvement in planning and implementation of solutions; - Present in-depth analysis and reports to support decision-making on critical points; - Monitor and control project costs throughout the lifecycle; - Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Your Profile Candidates will be considered who possess the following requirements: - Experience in managing and planning complex orders; - Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing; - Experience using IT tools and analysis, reporting, document management; - Good knowledge of English for interacting with international clients.
