Job description
Noah Holdings in Singapore seeks a highly experienced Legal & Compliance Director to oversee fund management legal and regulatory compliance. You will work with internal teams and external advisers to ensure proper fund structuring, operations, and documentation while meeting MAS expectations.
Candidates with hands‑on MAS communications, VCC fund establishment, and tax incentive applications will be strongly preferred.
