We from WOXOW are a young, rising technology consulting firm for SEO and AI. We are looking for an immediate strategic head on freelance basis, who steers our customer projects with highest precision and actively shapes the digital strategy of our customers.

Aufgaben

The Role: Architect for Organic Growth (Freelance)

As Strategic Lead, you are the central interface between strategy and execution. In this role, you act as an external leader who holds the reins. You are not a "subcontractor", but take full responsibility for the success of our customers' SEO and AI measures.

Your Tasks: Strategy-to-Execution

• Strategy Development & QA: You develop complex roadmaps to increase Organic Market Share (SEO & GEO) and ensure that each work result meets the highest standards through strict Quality Assurance.
• High-Level Communication: You are the main point of contact for customers and present results and strategies sovereignly in Video-Calls (Google Meet).
• Agile Steering: You coordinate our expert team, define precise task specifications, and monitor project budgets and timings.
• Gapless Documentation: (AI-based) creation of reports, planning sheets, and meeting protocols.
• Growth Support: Identification of up-selling potentialities and support for the strategic further development of our consulting department.

Qualification

Your Profile: High-Performance Freelancer

• Communication Pro: You possess excellent presentation skills and communicate extremely directly, quickly, and proactively with our team via Slack and Video-Calls.
• Absolute Reliability: You work highly structured. "Deadline" is not a flexible term for you, but a promise.
• SEO & AI Native: You know the latest AI tools like the back of your hand and have a deep understanding of technical SEO, GEO, and the integration of AI workflows.
• Experienced Lead: You already have experience in leading projects and managing customer expectations.
• Setup: You are set up as a freelancer and accustomed to working independently in a 100% remote environment.
• Languages: German on a native level (for customer communication) and negotiation-safe English.
