Strategic HC Business Partner: People, Change & Growth

A leading equipment solutions provider in Northern Cape is seeking a Senior HC Business Partner to drive organizational effectiveness and improve employee experience. This role involves translating business priorities into human capital strategies and delivering HR solutions that align with operational objectives. Ideal candidates will have 5-7 years of HR experience, preferably within complex environments like manufacturing or mining. The position offers opportunities to coach business leaders in developing their people management skills, as well as contribute to the development of organizational policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing HR strategies that support business objectives; • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize HR initiatives; • Designing and delivering training programs for employees; • Providing coaching and guidance to managers on people management best practices; • Analyzing data to inform HR decisions and measure program effectiveness; • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, HR colleagues, and external partners. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; • 5-7 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within a complex environment like manufacturing or mining; • Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
