Reporting Line Group CFO Role Summary The Strategic Finance Associate will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to the Group CFO and other stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: • Financial Analysis: Provide high-quality financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions. • Financial Planning: Assist in developing and maintaining financial plans, forecasts, and budgets. • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the Group CFO, senior leadership, and external partners. • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in finance or accounting. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
