Strategic ERP Project Manager

For our partner, a company with complex industrial activities, we are looking for a leader with vision, relevant operational experience, and the ability to transform complex business processes into digital solutions with strategic impact.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in operational leadership, organizational transformation, or digitalization roles;
• Relevant experience in industries such as manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, recycling, energy, infrastructure, or other complex operational environments;
• Direct participation in ERP projects, operational transformations, or major impact digitalization initiatives;
• Demonstrated ability to build, implement, and scale processes, systems, or organizations;
• Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills;
• Entrepreneurial mindset, results-oriented, and taking responsibility.

An advantage is:

• Experience in regulated industrial environments;
• Involvement in business transformation or operational excellence projects;
• Experience in developing or implementing software products dedicated to the industrial environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Contributes to the definition and development of a modern industrial ERP ecosystem;
• Translates operational and business needs into clear functional requirements;
• Collaborates with technical teams, stakeholders, and external partners for product development;
• Coordinates operational transformation and digitalization initiatives;
• Supports process optimization and organizational efficiency growth;
• Actively participates in defining the strategic direction of the project and the organization.
