Strategic ERP Business Developer

For our partner, a European company in the process of developing and launching a next-gen ERP product for the Circular Economy and Recycling segment, we are looking for a leader with vision, relevant commercial experience, and the ability to transform complex business processes into strategic impact digital solutions, for the purpose of developing, adapting, positioning, and marketing the product.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial leadership, operational, organizational transformation, or digitalization roles;
• Relevant experience in industries such as manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, recycling, energy, infrastructure, or other complex operational environments;
• Medium and long-term commercial vision;
• Direct participation in ERP projects, operational transformations, or digitalization initiatives with major impact;
• Exposure to new technologies in the field and integrated AI tools;
• Demonstrated ability to build, implement, and scale processes, systems, and organizations;
• Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills;
• Entrepreneurial mindset, results-oriented and taking responsibility;
• Availability for frequent travel within the country and abroad.

Advantageous:

• Experience in regulated industrial environments;
• Involvement in business transformation or operational excellence projects;
• Experience in developing or implementing software products for the industrial environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Actively participates in defining the strategic direction of the project and the organization;
• Defines, based on market studies and analysis of the main competitors in the European market, the pricing, positioning, and penetration strategy;
• Collaborates with technical teams, stakeholders, and external partners to adapt the product;
• Initiates and participates in workshops with national and international stakeholders to define business needs and present the product;
• Coordinates the operational transformation and digitalization initiative;
• Supports process optimization and increased organizational efficiency;
• Expands the organizational structure according to the established timeline and milestones.
