Strategic Development Program Trainee - Langford BC

Job Description As a Strategic Development Program Trainee, you will progress through a 5 phased program to learn every aspect of our business from shipping and receiving, to sales, operations, purchasing, account management and everything in between. Salary Range: $45,000-$50,000 Additional duties will include: Phase 1 -Warehouse Logistics Learn the products we sell, how they get from the vendor to the customer and understand all levels of sales support. Phase 2 - Counter/Operations Get involved in the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving and processing shipments, managing inventory, and coordinating with other departments. Phase 3 - Sales and Account Management Learn the ins and outs of our sales process, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and managing existing accounts. Phase 4 - Purchasing and Supply Chain Management Understand the ins and outs of our purchasing process, including identifying and negotiating with vendors, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of products. Phase 5 - Business Operations and Strategy Learn the inner workings of our business, including financial planning, budgeting, and strategic planning.
