Strategic CRM Manager

We are looking for a Strategic CRM Manager to lead the development and execution of CRM initiatives supporting Ubisoft's online games. This role will primarily focus on stimulating player engagement through seasonal campaigns, content updates, and lifecycle journeys: from acquisition and integration to loyalty and reactivation.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with production, brand, and operations teams in real-time to ensure that CRM strategies are centered around players, data-driven, and aligned with Ubisoft's objectives. This is a high-impact role for someone passionate about video games, CRM, and customer experience.

What you'll do

• Strategic planning and execution
• Develop and lead CRM strategies tailored to online games, seasonal launches, and content updates.
• Design and optimize player journeys throughout their lifecycle, including integration, engagement, loyalty, and reactivation campaigns.
• Promote player-centric marketing approaches at all CRM touchpoints.
• Cross-functional collaboration
• Collaborate with internal teams (production, brand, operations in real-time, analysis) to align CRM initiatives with game and brand objectives.
• Coordinate campaign execution with operational teams using tools like JIRA or similar project management platforms.
• Data-driven optimization
• Collaborate with analytics and data science teams to evaluate campaign performance and identify opportunities for personalization and predictive targeting.
• Exploit insights to refine CRM strategies and maximize return on investment.
• Innovation and trend tracking
• Stay informed about gaming and marketing trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies.
• Encourage innovation in CRM tactics, tools, and player engagement strategies.
• Quality and governance
• Ensure high-quality, consistent, and aligned communication across emails, in-game messages, and other CRM channels.
• Promote best practices for deliverability, UX design, and compliance.
