Strategic Consultant Azure Integration

You inspire and advise our clients on the possibilities of using Azure & Integration in business-critical and innovative projects. In this context, you formulate a strategic advice on the solution, business value, and roadmap. The use of the latest Microsoft technologies such as Azure Integration Services, Data & AI, but also Infra & Security is central. You are the indispensable bridge between our client's strategic objectives and the added value of digital innovation and integration modernization with the help of Microsoft Azure.

You are responsible for analyzing and translating business issues within the field and guiding Azure & Integration trajectories at clients, both in the startup- and realization phase. You will be busy designing, setting up, and implementing solutions based on clearly defined deliverables, strategic objectives, and agreements with the client. Furthermore, you focus on providing an active contribution to proposal development and positioning HSO in the market as the integration specialist for Microsoft Azure.

Azure & Integration team

The team consists of experienced Architects, Cloud Developers, Integration Specialists, and other Strategic Consultants. In short, a diverse team with plenty of opportunities to grow and plenty of colleagues who are always ready to help you. To broaden your knowledge, there are monthly team meetings, expert sessions, and ample space for following training courses, conferences, and workshops.

We work closely together at our clients in multidisciplinary teams. These are teams where we combine different expertise from HSO for our clients. Think, for example, of Change Management, Data & AI, and Infra & Security. This gives you the opportunity to learn a lot from your colleagues and share your knowledge with them.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience with Consultancy within IT as Technical, Functional or Strategic Consultant;
• HBO work and thinking level;
• Experience with Cloud and/or Integration;
• Experience with formulating strategic advice;
• Experience with guiding integration trajectories in roles such as project manager, solution lead, lead architect or scrum master;
• Experience with cloud migration trajectories (on-premise to Azure) and the corresponding integration migration strategies from rehost to rebuild;
• Strong communication- and stakeholder management skills;
• Entrepreneurial mindset and experience with self-building and developing proposals and a corresponding delivery organization and approach;
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies and products, such as Azure (Integration, Data, Infrastructure), DevOps, and CI/CD, testing, and quality assurance;
• Good command of Dutch and English in word and writing.
