The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of fifteen years' experience in finance, including eight years at a senior management level. Responsibilities include aligning financial strategy with corporate objectives, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing financial performance. This role is vital for the organization's sustainability and efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of the company's financial strategy, providing expert advice to the board of directors, and ensuring that the organization is audit-ready at all times. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with corporate objectives; • Providing expert financial advice to the board of directors; • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards; • Managing financial performance and making recommendations for improvement; • Leading the development of the company's financial strategy; • Providing strategic leadership and direction in financial governance.
