A dynamic start-up is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead their financial management and drive growth. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of progressive finance experience, particularly in high-growth environments, and will be responsible for overseeing all financial reporting, controls, and governance. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor finance teams while providing insights for decision-making. The successful candidate will also possess strong analytical skills, be able to interpret complex financial data, and have experience working with external auditors and investors.
