Strategic CAPEX Finance Executive

Strategic CAPEX Finance Executive Lead the corporate CapEx process operations, ensuring timely, reliable, and policy-compliant transactional execution while driving continuous improvement, automation, and regional standardization of the process. This role acts as the operational owner of the CapEx process, evolving the model from a reactive, transactional approach into one that is analytical, proactive, and value-driven for the business. Key Responsibilities 1. Country Support & Service (Operations) - Provide strategic support to country teams on CAPEX-related matters, ensuring alignment with global policies and procedures. 2. Process Improvement & Automation - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency. This includes identifying opportunities for automation, implementing process changes, and monitoring progress. 3. Regional Standardization - Develop and implement regional standard operating procedures (SOPs) for CAPEX transactions, ensuring consistency across regions. 4. Policy Compliance & Governance - Ensure compliance with global policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to CAPEX transactions. This includes maintaining accurate records, tracking transactional data, and providing regular reporting to stakeholders. 5. Stakeholder Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including country teams, finance leaders, and other business partners. 6. Change Management & Communication - Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure successful change management and adoption of new processes. This includes creating training materials, conducting workshops, and providing ongoing support. 7. Performance Metrics & Reporting - Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance. This includes developing dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide insights for continuous improvement. 8. Budgeting & Forecasting - Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for CAPEX transactions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial goals. 9. Risk Management & Mitigation - Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with CAPEX transactions, ensuring compliance with global risk management policies and procedures. 10. Continuous Learning & Improvement - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to continuously improve the CAPEX process and drive business value.
