Company Introduction

Within Swatch Group Gems, a purchasing center specializing in small diamonds, precious stones, and other gemstones, you will contribute to the performance and security of supplies for the Group's watch brands.
In an international and demanding environment, you will be responsible for purchasing activities related to your portfolio: needs analysis, sourcing, tenders, negotiation, supplier follow-up, and coordination with internal partners.

Job Description

o Support brands in expressing their needs and propose suitable supply solutions.
o Identify, evaluate, and develop a panel of reliable, competitive suppliers compliant with the Group's requirements.
o Manage tenders, analyze offers, and conduct commercial negotiations.
o Monitor supplier performance in terms of price, quality, deadlines, service, and commercial conditions.
o Anticipate supply risks and contribute to the continuous improvement of purchasing practices.
o For the strategic aspect, participate in the evolution and deployment of the purchasing strategy.

Profile

o Higher education in purchasing, supply chain, international trade, or equivalent.
o Proven experience in purchasing, ideally in an international or industrial environment.
o Good command of purchasing processes: sourcing, RFQ, negotiation, contracting, and supplier follow-up.
o Proficient with digital tools, analysis, and reporting.
o Analytical mindset, rigor, integrity, and sense of responsibility.
o Autonomy, proactivity, solution-orientation, and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
