For our partner, a company with complex industrial activities, we are looking for an experienced leader to take over the coordination and development of a business unit in the recycling and circular economy field, we are looking for a Strategic Business Unit Leader︁︀︅︆︎︆︈︇︂︆︄︆︁︁︎︌︈︂︇︍︈︆︅️︊︄︈︌︊︎︂︎

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in highly regulated environments;
• Experience in complex industrial operations;
• Strong orientation towards KPIs and performance;
• Ability to make data-driven decisions;
• Taking responsibility and entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the operational and commercial activity of the business unit;
• Define and implement growth and efficiency strategies;
• Monitor and optimize performance indicators;
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams;
• Implement management processes, procedures, and systems;
• Manage budgets, costs, and the profitability of the activity;
• Identify opportunities for business development and expansion;
• Ensure the achievement of operational, commercial, and financial objectives.
