We are looking for a Business Development Representative (m/w/d) – Large Enterprise at our headquarters in Munich, hybrid.

You're not a classic SDR. You're a strategic Door Opener for complex corporate structures – the first contact before anyone else knows that a deal could arise.

Your job is not lead nurturing. Not inbound processing. Not pipeline management.

Your job is: systematically, creatively, and persistently breaking into cold Large Enterprise accounts – and generating high-quality, sales-ready initial conversations for our Enterprise Account Executive Team.

Companies like Telekom, Telefónica, and Lufthansa are the playing field. You open the next one.

Your Mission

• New Logo Hunting in the DACH-Enterprise Market: You work exclusively on new accounts – no inbound, no warm leads, no existing customer relationships. You identify relevant Large Enterprise target customers based on strategic account lists and develop individually tailored outbound strategies to gain initial access.
• Strategic Outreach across all channels: Cold calls, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, structured multi-channel sequences via HubSpot – you use all tools, but not for volume, but for precision. Your goal is not volume. Your goal is the first real foot in the door.
• Stakeholder Mapping & Account Intelligence: You analyze corporate structures, identify buying centers and decision-making levels, recognize internal dynamics – and develop a clear access strategy. You know who decides, who influences, and where the real entry point lies.
• C-Level Communication at eye level: VP, Director, C-Level – you communicate confidently, without hesitation, and with genuine added value. If the first conversation is a
