Job description
Equation Staffing Solutions is proud to be the partner of choice for the City of Calgary's temporary staffing needs. We are currently seeking a Strategic Business Analyst to support Calgary Housing for a 3 month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful policy and governance work that will directly impact board-level operations. Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and analyze business needs; Develop and maintain business cases and financial models to support strategic decision-making; Provide analytical support to inform policy and governance decisions; Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators; Provide recommendations to improve business processes and operations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field; 3+ years of experience in a related field; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
