Job description
We are looking for a Strategic Agile Coach to act at the corporate level, supporting the evolution of organizational agility through systematic analysis of metrics, strategy design and influence on high-impact decisions. This person will be responsible for connecting agile practices to the company's strategy, promoting alignment between teams, areas, and leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to leaders in defining and evolving the organization's agile journey.
- Analyze aggregated metrics from various teams (lead time, throughput, flow efficiency, agile maturity, etc.) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop strategies to accelerate organizational agility aligned with business objectives.
- SUPPORT THE CONSTRUCTION OF AGILE GOVERNANCE MODELS AND SCALABLE FRAMEWORKS.
- FACILITATE EXECUTIVE FORUMS, TRAININGS, AND WORKSHOPS FOCUSED ON CULTURE, MINDSET, AND AGILE PRACTICES.
- PROMOTE INTEGRATION BETWEEN TECHNICAL AREAS AND BUSINESS, ENCOURAGING COLLABORATION AND CONTINUOUS VALUE DELIVERY.
- BE A REFERENCE FOR ORGANIZATIONAL AGILITY, INFLUENCING STRATEGIC DECISIONS AND SUPPORTING THE FORMATION OF INTERNAL COMMUNITIES.
