Reo Group have partnered with a rocket ship of an insurance agency who are expanding their Claims team due to growth in both size, policies and new products.

About the Day to Day:

• In this role you will own the claims process from lodgement to settlement.
• Average Caseloads sit between 90-110 open at any one time
• A key aspect to this role is relationship management - You will manage with Brokers, Adjusters, Specialists and other external stakeholders to ensure a smooth process for your customers.
• Focus on open and consistent communication and customer service to ensure a timely process within SLA Agreements.
• Take part in project work, action change and bring ideas for constant process improvement
• In this role, it won't just stop with Strata Claims - you will have the opportunity to handle claims across different lines of insurance such as Construction, Liability and PI

What You Will Need:

• Ideally you will have over 2 years expeirence with handling end to end strata claims either from the insurer or insurance agency/MGA side.
• Knowledge of strata policy wordings and of the end to end claims process
• Willing to be a collegiate team player - this isn't for a lone-wolf
• Energy and contribution to culture - engage, have fun and work together.
• Willingness to learn and grow in your role. This business has grown in the last 4 years from 3 people to 28, with opportunity for every person to take on more, go in different directions and be part of building a business that hasn't yet been done.
