Our client is a well-established strata management firm based in Sydney’s desirable Eastern Suburbs. With decades of experience across residential and commercial strata, they’ve built a reputation for delivering efficient, client-focused solutions — and they’re looking for a proactive Assistant Strata Manager to join their supportive and dynamic team.

The Role

Assist a Senior Strata Manager with portfolio duties
Handle phone and email enquiries from owners and contractors
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and correspondence
Manage work orders and routine maintenance
Maintain accurate records and compliance documents

The Person

Min 6 months of experience in strata required
Must have COR or Strata Licence
Excellent communication and time management
Eager to learn and grow in the strata industry
Tech-savvy and proactive with a team-player attitude
