Strong Team Needs Strengthening We are a national transport company located in Näfels, operating together with Brauch Transport AG, Fehraltorf in the palletized goods and warehousing logistics sector. With 15 vehicles from our location in Näfels as well as 65 vehicles from Fehraltorf, we are on the road daily for our valued customers. In dispatching, we are looking for a Strassentransport-Disponent (m/w) 100% immediately or by arrangement: · Disposition of palletized goods and warehousing logistics · Coordination of vehicle movements and routes · Planning and organization of transportation processes · Communication with drivers and other stakeholders · Monitoring and control of transportation operations · Reporting on key performance indicators · Analysis and optimization of transportation processes · Collaboration with colleagues in the dispatching team · Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing circumstances · Ability to work independently and as part of a team · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail · Good communication and problem-solving skills · Ability to handle stress and pressure · Familiarity with logistics software and systems · Experience in transportation planning and coordination · Knowledge of traffic regulations and laws · Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends · Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes · Ability to lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs) as needed · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities · Strong analytical skills and attention to detail · Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information · Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
