As a Stowage Planner, you will be responsible for: • Developing and maintaining stowage plans that meet customer requirements and Maersk's operational needs. • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of stowage plans into the overall logistics process. • Analyzing and interpreting data to optimize vessel capacity, reduce transit times, and minimize environmental impact. • Staying up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in stowage planning. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., logistics, supply chain management, engineering). • 2+ years of experience in stowage planning or a related field. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Familiarity with logistics software and systems (e.g., Navis, TMW).
