About the Role We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Internal Sales / Storeperson to join our busy team at Vulcan. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods and materials within our warehouse, ensuring that our products are accurately stored, retrieved, and dispatched to customers in a timely and efficient manner. This role is a critical part of our internal sales process, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with our customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: • Manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods and materials within our warehouse • Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management, including receiving and processing orders, and maintaining accurate records • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the role • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines.
